3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 6cc platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual will result in closure of all accounts and may result in forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You must notify 6cc promptly of any changes to your registered details. 6cc reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate information has been provided.
3.3 KYC Verification. All players must complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, and driver's license. KYC completion is also required for certain high-value deposit thresholds as determined by 6cc.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your 6cc username or password with any third party. 6cc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 Account Transfer. 6cc accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Verified accounts using GCash or Maya receive payouts within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving financial institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 6cc reserves the right to require additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. 4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 6cc platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. 6cc reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by 6cc are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the relevant promotion page within the 6cc platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a 6cc account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirement multipliers and eligible games are specified per promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 6cc reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that 6cc determines to be in bad faith.
5.4 6cc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players under active promotions.
6.1 All games offered on the 6cc platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by 6cc, its employees, or any third party.
6.2 Each game on the 6cc platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to review applicable game rules before placing wagers.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or network interruption that affects the outcome or integrity of a wager, 6cc reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. 6cc's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Sports betting markets at 6cc, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are governed by 6cc's sportsbook rules. Results are determined based on official statistics from recognised governing bodies. In-play bets placed after the official result of a market has been determined will be voided.
7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of 6cc Services:
7.2 Violation of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
8.1 All content on the 6cc platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 6cc Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 6cc platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 6cc content without prior written authorisation.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6cc Casino, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 6cc platform or Services.
